I designed a staff T-shirt that served as both uniform and brand statement. The challenge was to create a single design that employees would feel proud to wear while visually reinforcing Target’s bold, recognizable identity. The concept was inspired by the theme “Field of Dreams,” connecting the neighborhood’s name with a sense of pride and aspiration. The final design balanced Target’s iconic red with modern typography, ensuring clarity and impact from both the front and back. This shirt became more than work apparel; it was a simple but powerful expression of team culture and community connection.
